The evening is the most popular time to go. You get golden light on the dunes, a sunset stop and dinner with shows after dark. All evening trips run from about 2 PM to 9 PM.
Evening Dubai Safari, AED 80
This is our best-value trip. The evening Dubai safari comes with 4x4 pickup, dune bashing, a camel ride, a buffet dinner and four live shows. For a classic first desert trip, start here.
Evening Desert Safari, AED 100
For a little more, you get a few extras, such as sandboarding and henna, along with a BBQ dinner and pickup in an air-conditioned car.
VIP Dubai Safari, AED 120
Prefer a little more comfort? Our VIP Dubai safari includes VIP seating, a BBQ buffet and four live shows. It's a small step up in price, but the evening feels more relaxed.
The Premium Trip at AED 230
For the most comfort, choose our premium desert safari Dubai package. You get premium service throughout get more info the evening, and a quad bike can be added on top.

Hummer Dubai Safari, AED 140
A Hummer gives the dunes a whole new feel. Our Hummer Dubai safari runs from about 2 PM to 9 PM, with the usual camp, dinner and shows at the end.
Early Starts and Late Nights
The Sunrise Trip at AED 140
If you love quiet mornings, the sunrise desert safari Dubai trip is for you. It goes from around 8 AM to 11 AM, with stops at the best photo points, plus water and soft drinks. You're back before lunch with the rest of the day free.
The Overnight Trip at AED 260
If you really want to feel the desert, stay overnight. Our overnight Dubai safari runs from around 2 PM until 9 AM the next morning. It includes the evening programme, camping, stargazing and breakfast.
Drive Yourself for AED 40
If you have your own 4x4, the self drive safari costs only AED 40 per person. You meet us at our parking area at about 3 PM, and you're done by 9 PM. It's the cheapest way to enjoy the camp, the dinner and the shows.

What's Included in Every Dubai Desert Safari
No matter which trip you choose, some things never change. Our camps follow a traditional Bedouin style, with low seats, warm lighting and lots of room. Dinner has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. We confirm your pickup and drop-off 24 hours before the trip, so you know exactly when to be ready.
We also run trips from Abu Dhabi for AED 140, plus city tours of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hatta, if you want to explore more of the country.
What a Typical Evening Looks Like
The trip starts with a pickup from your hotel in the early afternoon. Once the city is behind you, the road turns to sand. The driver lets some air out of the tyres, and then the dune bashing starts. The car goes up, over and down the dunes at angles that make everyone shout. It's bumpy, but it's a lot of fun.
Next, you stop on a high dune to watch the sunset. Then you drive to the camp for a camel ride, dinner and the shows. By about 9 PM, you're on your way back to your hotel.
What If I Get Car Sick?
Our drivers do this every day and know the dunes well. Seatbelts stay on the whole way. If you feel car sick easily, eat light and sit in the front. Pregnant guests, people with back problems and parents with babies should tell us when they book, and we'll suggest the best package.
